If your judgement of what kinds of food you consume is based more on the taste and instant pleasure from it's consumption rather than the nutritional value and sustainability for your body, how different is that mentality than that of a chronic drug addict? Who's life is criticized, fined, judged, jailed and better and worse. The lifestyle choices of many allow deadly substances"food" to be eaten and common nutritional misconceptions believed to the point of death. Choose your healthy lifestyle!
Now lets get a little more literal for the sake of justice!
The #1 cause of death in the united states is heart disease. 99% from cholesterol, which is caused by animal nonfood products. 70% of cancers are diet related! Every week in the United states. Grouped together, the average cancer patient has a 50/50 chance of living five years, which are the same odds as in 1971. Diabetes costs the nation $174 billion annually, this is about as much as the cost of the Iraq, Afghanistan and global war on terror combined cost.
Everything starts with emotional intentions or positive affirmations. Studies like the phantom DNA effect (which is explained toward the end of this short youtube video) proving that there is a huge connection between the human conscious choice of thinking about specific subjects and the physical world reaction. Think of a curve ball, more controlled by thoughts than spin. What’s the point of this? Emotion and vibration are very related and the higher your vibration the more the bacterial and viral agents will know the body is alive. Most diseases are symptoms of the process of decomposing the body because it is filled with dead and dying cells and of a low vibration. This emotional state is what has to be achieved to be happy and alive. The healthy level of emotion or vibrational frequency is what we all were born with coming into this world lets live like were supposed to.
It takes work to get healthy, you cannot just take a few herbal teas or pills and super food supplements to become completely healthy. This may help someone that is well and fit to become more-so, but not for people in a unhealthy state looking for solutions to the pain, headaches, cramps, disgust or disabilities affecting their daily life. The basis for gaining health is a proper diet, the food you take in causes the entire state of the body. When a persons common food builds up and blocks the elimination channels(Bowel, Kidneys, Lungs and Skin) the body develops abundant dead and mutated cells causing everything visually unpleasing of the healthy person you can imagine! Infections, rashes, wrinkles, scars, moles, warts, hair loss or unwanted hair growth and many other bodily disfigurements are simple signs of a malnourished body state. These unwanted appearances actually become a obvious visual to the trained mind that will relate them to specific organs.
The key here is to do everything you can do, when you can to become completely healthy. This includes so many things I cannot list them all but I'll try Here, because there are as many as you can imagine. All you must do is fight with life giving therapies as your ammo, being as aggressive as the disease or disease and death will spread.
